Comcast Business Improves Its Voice Solutions Portfolio

Voice Solutions Portfolio

Comcast Business, the division that offers the best internet and connectivity to businesses has successfully concluded its demonstration at the Enterprise Connect show. It included displaying some the diverse range of enhancements that serves the complete voice solution portfolio offered by the company. The demonstrations were conducted at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, Florida from March 27 to 30. Comcast conducted these demonstrations for assisting all kinds of organizations in having better communication facilities to increase their productivity and efficiency.

In the demonstration, Comcast introduced many enhancements that included productivity tools like VoiceEdge for Skype and best internet browsers like Google Chrome. These enhancements can effectively integrate with the Business VoiceEdge, which is a hosted PBX solution, through many features like click-to-call and call transfer from computers.

Moreover, the introduction of these new enhancements has enabled Comcast to improve many of their customer services. This includes improving the customer experience offered by its Business VoiceEdge portal and the Business VoiceEdge mobile application. Many new features and capabilities are added to these enhancements that enable better mobile communication and self-service functionalities.

Vice president of product management at Comcast Business, John Guillaume said, “Key elements of integrated communications are speed and ease of use, and by giving people the ability to quickly make or receive calls from Skype for Business and Google Chrome, our customers can be more responsive and operate more efficiently. These tools are a great example of the continuing evolution of Business VoiceEdge and are a strong addition to our portfolio of voice solutions.”

Business VoiceEdge Application

VoiceEdge is a cloud-based managed phone system that features many PBX and unified communication features. It is specifically designed for businesses to efficiently optimize their communication solutions and offer easy management capabilities to administrators. Comcast Business VoiceEdge is also available as a mobile app for both iOS and Android platforms. This product was increasingly favored by many businesses and was conferred the 2017 INTERNET TELEPHONY Product of the Year Award.

The Enterprise Connect 2017 also featured Comcast displaying its latest Managed Voice solutions. These features are for those customers who are inclined towards enterprise needs for operating a faster and highly efficient business. They can rely on the basic features of the mobile voice service that are needed for smaller locations. For dealing with the growing enterprise requirements, the managed voice solutions will offer a reliable voice experience for use in different locations with their best internet service.
