Reports from several reliable sources indicate that AT&T® NetBond for Cloud customers recently acquired enhance connectivity to over 100 additional service providers and cloud software that are hosted on the AWS platform as a part of the latest AWS Direct Connect (DX) Bundle.
Mo Katibeh, AT&T’s SVP for Advanced Solutions said, “We are seeing more and more business customers shifting to use software-as-a-service applications in the cloud — in fact, IDC expects the worldwide SaaS market to reach $123B in 2020. With NetBond for Cloud, users can bypass the public internet to connect to cloud solutions through a highly secure connection to a growing number of SaaS providers via AWS Direct Connect.”
Terry Wise, VP for Channels and Alliances at AT&T® stated, “For many businesses, managing complex network deployments and security risks is a key priority when migrating information to the cloud. The capabilities we are working to provide with AT&T® help address those issues by providing additional flexibility and control over an even greater number of AWS cloud services.”

In addition to that, reports also indicate that AWS software and solution providers will be able to join the Solution Provider program of AT&T® NetBond for Cloud. This program offers a way for service providers to lure in more customers to their offerings. AT&T® NetBond for Cloud will be identified as a flexible, secure, and dynamic connectivity option when it is used with AWS Direct Connect (DX) Bundles.
