DirecTV is planning to offer exclusive live streaming of NFL packages to more active students in the US. It is for the first time DirecTV is offering live streaming for a huge audience, and to those that are not even their subscribers. Students from both 4th and 2nd academic years are eligible for this plan, and would be able to stream every live and out-of-market game every Sunday afternoon at just $24.99 per month. However, this student friendly price would be available for only 4 months.
AT&T Entertainment Group’s Chief Marketing Officer, David Christopher said, “University students are often far from home and unable to watch their favorite hometown NFL teams,” and added that with the service offered by DirecTV, they are connecting them to their home and team. Last year, University students were streaming service significantly, with a third of the total subscribers to be college students. DirecTV is simply bringing the service to those who happen to live outside their network coverage area.
Anyone, who lives in a single family home with bad reception or no signal from DirecTV satellite, would be qualified for streaming DirecTV services. You will be able to stream every out-of-market as well as regular season NFL games live, every Sunday afternoon on to whichever device you wish to. The service would be available via NFLSUNDAYTICKET.TV MAX and NFLSUNDAYTICKET.TV U services, and you will be able to stream REDZONE CHANNEL and DIRECTV FANTASY ZONE™ CHANNEL with regular streaming options.
Streaming For Non Customers
NFL fans can purchase the NFLSUNDAYTICKET.TV U or NFLSUNDAYTICKET.TV MAX along with NFL Game Pass package and save up to $50 when compared to the NFL Game Pass price if bought alone. With NFL Game Pass, you will be given access to every out-of-market and pre-season NFL game, as well as live radio coverage of every NFL game, both home and away, along with repeats of 256 regular season NFL games.
NFL Sunday Ticket games will start from September 11, 2016, Sunday, at 01:00 pm ET. NFLSUNDAYTICKET.TV will start broadcasting games on December 24, 2016, Saturday. These services are available only for non-DirecTV customers nationwide, who live in areas that are verified to be unable to receive signals from DirecTV satellites, and could only access one game at any particular time.
