Republican and Democratic National Conventions are going to be the in the top charts next week. The satellite TV giant DirecTV have already prepared for the exclusive gravel-to-gravel coverage of the whole event, taking a hint from C-Span.

The Republican National Convention, which is expected to officially declare Donald Trump as their party nominee for the President, is scheduled to be held from July 18 to 21 in Cleveland. The Democratic National Convention is planned from July 25 to 28 in Philadelphia, and it is expected to elect Hillary Clinton, Former US Secretary, as their Presidential candidate for this year. Both the events will be aired live on DirecTV.

Customers of DirecTV and U-Verse will have unrestricted access to every single moment of the conventions uncut and free of commentary. Viewers could watch the broadcast without any interruptions and commercials. C-Span will continue its offering of commentary on the event, but the telecast will be commercial free.

C-Span has been offering live coverage of political conventions from its flagship network since 1984. However, AT&T is this year’s official provider of video, technology, and communication for both conventions. AT&T chief content officer, Dan York, said that, “2016 will be one of the most talked about elections in our nation’s history. We’re proud to offer this service, so our customers can see convention coverage uninterrupted. Watching these events unfold unedited and without commentary provides a unique perspective.”
